how cold is it?

Oy, how cold is it out there? I was outside this morning balancing the ATM at work for about 5 minutes or less. Had no hat (didn't want hat hair) and no scarf. I was standing with my back to the wind and ended up with the back of my head hurting like an ice cream headache.
